Preschool Teaching Assistant

Dutilh Preschool, a ministry of Dutilh Church in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a caring, energetic, and Christ-centered Preschool Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant preschool ministry. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young children while working in a supportive, faith-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans, preparing activities, and setting up the classroom.

• Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

• Supervise and assist children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for working with young children.

• Experience working with children.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

• Ability to meet PA Act 33, 34, and FBI fingerprinting clearance requirements.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Part-time: Monday–Thursday, 3.75 hours per day (late August–May).

• Hourly pay starting at $15, based on experience.
