About DSM

At Dutilh Church we provide our students with a place where they can recharge, re-energize, and renew their faith journey. We seek to create a place where our students are known by name, loved for who they are, and empowered to follow Jesus in an environment where caring adults help them grow through these difficult transitional years by being there for them, setting an example, and sharing in life together.

Through Biblical teachings, contemporary Christian music, Bible studies, small groups, serving in the community, outreach programs and missions, students can discover the only thing that will fill their hearts in a lasting way - Jesus Christ!

There’s nothing like throwing a party to celebrate the people you love. Be it for a birthday, an achievement, or a new chapter in life, parties give us a reason to gather, laugh, and create new memories together. And if we really stopped to look around, we’d find so many reasons to celebrate what’s happening in our lives that the parties would never stop. In this 6-week series, we’ll see what it’s like when we celebrate all that God has done through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. We’ll celebrate that with Jesus, everyone is invited, and we’ll celebrate who Jesus is. Then, we’ll see how we’re invited to remember what Jesus has done, let Jesus make us new, follow the Holy Spirit’s lead, and how Jesus invites us to invite others.

From February 2-16, DSM Students in conjunction with Dutilh Preschool are collecting diapers, incontinence, and period products for the Western PA Diaper Bank. Open bags or boxes of products are acceptable. Please drop your donations in the bins in the greeting area. They will hand deliver the donations and spend time volunteering there on Monday, February 17.

"The Positive Painting Project is a community-based organization that uses visual art to promote positive mental health and suicide prevention. We believe that art can be a powerful tool for healing and connection, and we are committed to providing opportunities for people of all ages to create and share their own art."

Join DSM on Wednesday, February 26, as we create art to decorate our hallway, take home, or share in our community. We will learn more about The Positive Painting Project while having healthy conversations about mental health. This event is open to all 7-12 grade students and their parents or caregivers. Friends are also welcome.

Event cost - $5 per canvas (6 different sayings to choose from)

You can paint more than one canvas at the event!
